Chelsea Evans

My name is Chelsea Evans. I'm 27 years old and I live in Avondale. In this image, it is me and my three children. We're swimming, and I chose this picture because we face a lot of obstacles and struggles every day, but I still go out of my way and we don't even have a vehicle. But I make sure that I still find time for us to have family time and enjoy ourselves outside of all of our struggles and obstacles.
