“I am choosing to tell my Avondale story— because when I relocated back to Cincinnati—which was a surprise in itself, I never imagined returning back to Avondale where I was born and raised. So, it's been a very full circle experience coming back as an adult, coming back as the head librarian, and seeing people that I knew as a child, frequenting streets that I used to walk down and play.”
