Jarren Embry
My name is Jarren Embry, and I'm thirty years old and I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm choosing to share because I feel like it's important to have other people know, even though we all probably had something bad happen. That it's always something good at the end of the light.
In the image is me and my two kids, Jaylen and Jayden. And in the picture, I want to say that was taken like years ago. We were happy in that picture. It's just at that moment, I think we all were just like, βHey, it was a beautiful day that day.β And that's what home means to me, a place that you can be yourself at. You're comfortable; you're happy. Home to me is just a place where it humbles me to that picture humbles me a lot because it makes me see myself in a different light now. And from that picture to now, I'm grateful. I'm definitely grateful for this experience because it taught me how to become better and stronger and a better parent. And it also taught me how to focus on my mental. Because I think that's important, too.
