“In this picture, we were traveling in Costa Rica. Kalena was celebrating one year post- relationship, and I actually had recently had been diagnosed with cervical cancer. This showed our strength, our resilience, our power, our friendship. We both have bright futures in front of us; we can conquer anything.”
