ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPH:

Oh, Hi. My name is Angela Watson. My picture is a recent picture. I just recently, maybe about a month ago, purchased a new home on 14th, and so that's me unlocking my door with my own key for the first time.

When you get something of your own, there's a certain level of pride that goes along with that. Not arrogance, not conceitedness, but just that feeling that I have accomplished something and have done something. I just closed on my house, and so I'm just going there to walk into something that really and truly I did not have a say in the design. No, I did not have a say. So I felt that this is truly a gift from the Lord, that the Lord had used the builder to build a house, to build a home he wanted for me.

I'm just a quiet citizen, just trying to help when and where I can.
