“I'm the one that that came up with the East Westwood Association. They wanted to go with something else. But like I told him, this is Westwood. And they got East Price Hill and all that, so we can have East Westwood. And so that's what we agreed on, that it would be East Westwood. I was the president at the beginning [of the East Westwood Improvement Association].”
