Price Hill is very neglected. People think you don’t care about your neighborhood, so they don’t care either. I personally think you should mind your own business and go to where you have to go, [and then] everything is fine. Things happen in Price Hill, which happens in every neighborhood. There’s no neighborhood that’s different from any other. I don’t care if you’re in rich neighborhoods; they still do drugs in rich neighborhoods. They still have drugs in rich neighborhoods. They have drug dealers in rich neighborhoods. This is just one of those neighborhoods I believe they downrate because of where it is.

Another thing I would like to see an improvement on: The crosswalks. These people don’t respect these crosswalks. If you walk out there and not look, then somebody will run your butt over.
