From the interview:

“I’ve been living in Roselawn in this area for five years. Basically I just like the area because it’s convenient. It’s safe. I can leave out of my house and go to the store and be safe. Even when it’s dark, I can leave out of my house and walk to McDonald’s, which is one of my favorite restaurants, Popeye’s, which is one of my favorite restaurants, and I will be OK doing all those things.”

“I don’t think right now I would want to live anywhere else. That’s my number-one concern is my safety… it’s convenient for my kids to get to me quickly when they need to… Living in Roselawn in this day and age, I’m happy where I’m at. I’m comfortable where I’m at.”
