Sharing A Legacy of Resilience

The West End

Jennifer bishop

My name is Jennifer Bishop. I'm from Over-the-Rhine. I was born and raised. I lived down here all my life, know a lot of people. We went to a lot of churches, the Regal, and I went to Heberle school. I used to I always get lost in there. Heberle is a big school. And it was cool; it was walking distance. I lived down the street from it on Bank Street. My teacher was Mr. Gay. He was my math teacher. He was my favorite teacher. And we used to always go on field trips. We used to always walk around and go to the park across the street and go see the cows, and they used to let us watch the cows get slaughtered. They had a slaughterhouse over there by Heberle school.
