Angela Cook

I've been a resident of the West End for the majority of my life. I actually served as president over in Lincoln Court. I was the last person to move there. City West was a beautiful place to live. Marquicia Jones taught me a lot—that’s how I became president. I told her I couldn’t do it, and she told me there’s no such thing as 'can’t.' She said, 'It’s done.'
