It's a great place to live, especially. It's family orientated down here. A lot of people grew up down here, got their families down here. I remember we used to go to the Regal and on Christmas Day. And they always showed a movie called “[The Super] Inframan,” and gave us toys and gifts and free hot dogs. And they had the best hot dogs in there, too. That's the only thing. The rats.

You'd be sitting there eating popcorn or something; it'd be a rat on the next seat. A mouse or rat, you know? But it was a fun place to go on the weekends, everybody went watch karate movies, old movies.
