Carl Wilburn

My name is Carl Wilburn. This neighborhood, very tight-knit, very tight-knit. Everybody knows everybody; everybody helps everybody. There’s a lot of resources down here for people. You have the Meiser’s store, the St. Michael’s Community Matters Church, they really help a lot with people.

I go around, I build garden boxes for residents. We plant flowers; I think we have four different gardens right here in the Lower Price Hill area. They’ve built four new Habitat for Humanity houses. It’s grown a lot since I’ve moved down here.
