Price Hill
Jerry Gibbs
I love Price Hill, and I walk around with Miss Alicia, like I said, we clean up the trash. I work in the garden. And we do a lot for the community. Me and my girlfriend, we’ve been together 20-something years. They relocated her over here. They tried to relocate me over here, but I told them I wanted to stay downtown, because they keep moving her. It’s like she’s been there two years and now in the next three or four months, they want to move her again. I didn’t want to keep moving, because they tried to move me in the same building and I didn’t want to come over here, and the only reason why I didn’t was because it wasn’t no stores and stuff. And then all the gunshots at night—see that’s why I stay over here with her because I don’t want nothing to come through her window because she stays on the first floor. It would be a nice neighborhood because when we clean up the streets, it’s not the people that live over here, it’s all the people coming over here selling their drugs and all that stuff.
