It’s convenient to stores, and everybody’s nice, the neighbors. I feel that I’m a good person, and I’m nice to everybody and respectful. And I treat people the best I can, and that means a lot because the people in the area and also, I think a lot about this building here. We’re allowed to have animals.

The rent is affordable, that’s a value strength. Another value strength is that there’s quietness in the building.
