I joined the entrepreneur program with the Robert O’Neal Multicultural Arts Center. From there, we worked on networking, learned how to profit from our work, and it kind of built from there.

I have really bad social anxiety, but working with ROMAC gave me the opportunity to network, meet new people, and get out of my comfort zone. I welcomed people with flyers explaining what we do and what our mission is. It really helped me become who I am now. I became more of a leader because I had to take initiative to get things done. That has helped me a lot with stepping out and communicating with people.
