Jayna Scott

My name is Jayna Scott, and I'm here today to tell the story about me growing up. I went to Taft High School in the West End. At Taft, they used to give us like papers for jobs and stuff like Krogers and stuff….and the zoo, help us get on our feet [for when we] graduate, and stuff like that.

The stuff they do out here is really loving; how they changed the library up, it's very beautiful and I'm loving it. In my childhood on chestnut, we used to have a candy lady. She used to sell Dixie cups. And it's just wonderful out here. I feel safe out here because it's just great. And everybody is loving and caring. They do nice stuff for you, and the library people, they very good at their job, like when your phone dead, they got chargers. They make sure you not feeling left out. They got games and stuff.
