Arlene Foster

The West End is a community with family, people sharing, people, helping each other, loving each other. Things happen in all communities. The West End is not terrible. I thought it was, but it's not. When I moved down here, it's lovely. I love the people here. They share; they communicate, everything.

Sometimes, I’ll be in a wheelchair; sometimes, I can walk on my cane, and I see other people doing that. And that's just an encouragement that I know I can do it. It's a nice it's nice community. The people are nice, open minded, soft hearted, kind. And they are respectful and they’re helpful.
